Maps, Instruments and Lists of Electors - These are maps of each of the 14 parishes; they are showing the boundaries of the 53 constituencies and the constituencies into which the parishes have been divided Colonial Secretary – C.S.O (1B/5) The offices of Colonial Secretary and Financial Secretary were established in 1866 as part of the reconstruction of the administrative system brought about by the change in the constitution of the island. The functions previously performed by the Executive Committee and the Governors Secretary were transferred to these offices, along with the records. The series in this collection include: a.
