All public sector entities are now under the Access to Information Act effective July 5, 2005.  Since January 2004, the Act, which was passed in 2002, was  implemented on a phased basis over an eighteen month period.  This period has now ended and as of the 5th of July the Act was applied automatically to all public sector entities.
