Periodicals

These are periodic publications which are done annually or at some regular interval during the  course of the year.  The  three main periodicals housed in the Jamaica Archives which are of historical value are:

·        The Jamaica Journal

·        Caribbean Quarterly

·        The Jamaica Gazettes

Both the Jamaica Journal and the Caribbean Quarterly have  their own index, provided by the publishers.  The gazettes are not indexed but are bound by months, to facilitate easy access.
